Our Part:
We will offer anyone a free first vial (just cover shipping) if you present a link to your fundraiser in chat and include a hashtag #FIPCAT in it!
(Only the first step is necessary. Other steps are fundraising recommendations.).
Please do not abuse this offer; some cats cannot survive without it!

1.  Make a hashtag for the fundraiser

It's a way to get the word out about your fundraising event on various social media platforms.
Examples: #savecat, #FIPinCat, #FIPCAT #Help(YourCatsName)
Make sure to include these hashtags at the bottom of all of your social media posts.

2. Spread the word to everyone in your Facebook network.

Post on all of your social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest. To help raise awareness, you can ask others to share photos, videos, memories, and comments. Make sure to include a link to your fundraiser in the post description.

3. Create urgency.

Focus on special circumstances. Put emphasis on time-urgency. Make the story personal. Provide your lab tests and vet's diagnosis as proof. Write from first person. Friends will donate just because the request is coming from YOU.

4. PICTURES ! PICTURES ! PICTURES!

Make sure that your campaign has at least 10 pictures. Include before-after pictures of your furry pal when he/she was healthy.

5. Ask others to share.

Sometimes you need a little help from your friends. To maximize the number of eyes on your fundraiser, ask your close friends and family members to share your fundraiser with their own networks.

6. Go to Reddit.

Copy your campaign text to animal and cat groups on Reddit.
Here is an index of all cat forums.

7. Make old-school posters.

Hang them in your community center, a local café, church, temple, etc. This is a tried and true way of getting your fundraiser in front of the eyes of more people.

8. Get press coverage.

Getting your fundraiser in the local news will help more potential donors see your cause. (It’s not as hard as you might think.)

Use a low-cost press release service to share your story and fundraiser URL; this gives you an excellent chance of being picked up by both local and national press.

9. Updates and adjustment of goals.

First, make sure that you set a realistic goal. Start small (half of a course) and then adjust as needed.  It is important to get momentum. Campaigns with donations will be shown more often. Further, make regular updates on condition of your cat to attract returning donations.

10. Set a fundraiser sale

Are you good at cooking? Baking?
Set a fundraiser sale offering no-so-expensive food to save your animal.
