Return Policy: All Sales Final, No Refunds
We understand that returns and refunds are important to our customers. However, we currently operate under an "All Sales Final, No Refunds" policy. Let us explain why we made this decision.
Quality Assurance:
To prioritize your security, we have implemented a no-refund and no-return policy, even for unopened or unused items. This policy ensures that you receive a product that has not been previously opened or used by other customers, maintaining the highest standards for safety and hygiene. The health and happiness of your cat is our top priority. Because the GS FIP treatment is sensitive to heat and light, we can't risk using unopened vials that had been on a return trip.
Affordability:
We work hard to offer you the most competitive prices. To do so, we've optimized our operations and streamlined our processes. Unfortunately, this means we're unable to accept returns or provide refunds without impacting our ability to maintain affordable prices for all customers.
Exceptions:
While our policy is firm, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately at admin@fipcat.net. We'll work with you to find a suitable resolution.
Furthermore, we understand that individual circumstances may call for special consideration. If you believe you have a valid reason for a return or refund, please contact us, and we will carefully review your case. We are here to help you as much as possible.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, and before a tracking number has been provided. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@fipcat.net or leave a message in live chat to request a cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed and shipped.
PayPal Transactions:
On May 7, 2019 PayPal updated their User Agreement to reflect changes to their refund policy. One change was that PayPal would not return fees from the original transaction on a return.
Even if the order was made as a mistake, PayPal will not return transaction fees.
Please note, if you are requesting a refund for an order that has not been shipped yet, your refund will be the full sum minus PayPal transaction fees.
