You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, be unopened, and must have been stored in a place without direct sunlight (will be tested). 45% restocking fee will be applied. Opened products are non-refundable.
Why is the fee so high?
The answer is we usually have to throw away returned stock if it has a slightest discoloration or a crack in a glass, not to compromise quality for any future orders because lives depend on it. Keep in mind that any pharmacy drugs you purchase are usually not refundable at all.
When we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received. We will inform you of the refund status as soon as we have examined the returned item. If we accept your return, we will credit your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
